Founded in 1994, Leslie Patton & Associations (LPA) consultants are focused, trained and ready to assist clients in various areas of need. Based in Birmingham, Alabama, LPA is a female-owned, SBA certified minority-owned business, that serves clients throughout the USA and abroad.

We specialize in assisting clients with continuous organizational development and improvement processes, partnering with them to determine needs, develop strategies and prepare implementation and evaluation plans. LPA uses process strategies to create customized solutions to fit each client’s unique needs and achieve effective results.

D., MPPM, CMC, CPCM is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) earning the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation. The IMC is the preeminent association for the management consulting professional and the National Bureau of Certified Consultants earning the Certified Professional Consultant Management (CPCM) designation.
