During the 1990's Kimberly
earned the preeminent designations of Certified Management Consultant
(CMC) and the Certified Professional Consultant to Management (CPCM).
In 2001, Dr. Leslie Patton received the Lifetime Achievement Award
from the American Cancer Society for encouraging others fighting
the dreadful disease. Also in 2001, LPA won the Small Business
of the Year Award from the Minority Development Board. Kimberly holds
a Ph. D from Capella University, Minneapolis, MN, a M.A. degree
in Public & Private
Administration (MPPM) from Birmingham-Southern College, and a B.S.
degree in Accounting from The University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa. |

Kerri Pruitt serves as LPA Chief Financial
Officer. Kerri received her B.S. degree in Accounting from
LaSalle University in Mandeville, Louisiana. She has served
as a Financial Analyst, Loan Validation Clerk, Accounts Receivables
Clerk, Staff Accountant/Staff Auditor, Payroll Tax Administrator
and Assistant Controller/Sr. Accountant.
Mrs. Pruitt brings a
wealth of experience in providing technical assistance and management
and diversity training. She has served on numerous boards dealing
with diversity issues. She has provided volunteer and consulting
services to YWCA, Grace House Ministries, Red Cross, Healthy Start
Initiative, Head Start, United Way, WESSP (Women’s Economic
Self Sufficiency Program), and Battered Women Shelters. Kerri provides quality customer service along with strong
organizational skills and attention to detail. She has great written,
oral and interpersonal communication skills and is both an excellent
problem solver and team player with proven leadership qualities.
Kerri is able to rapidly analyze and recognize problems as well
as find solutions for those troubles. Through experience, she has
a thorough knowledge of developing company cross-training programs
and is creative and flexible with efficient work habits.
